Borealis Coaching LLC offers online coaching for individuals, teams, and organizations. This page explains what information this website and our coaching services collect, and how it is used. Questions are welcome at hello@borealiscoach.com.
What this website collects
- No contact forms, no advertising, and no tracking or marketing cookies of our own.
- The interactive features, such as the guided conversation and reflection questions, run only in your browser. Nothing you choose is saved or sent to us.
- Fonts are served from this site, not from an outside font service.
- Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and maintenance.
Booking a call
The Book a call page shows a scheduling calendar from Calendly. Calendly may set its own cookies, and it collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and any answers you give, under its own privacy policy. We use those details only to hold your appointment and contact you about it. Video sessions take place on Google Meet.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to arrange coaching.
Coaching sessions
- What you share in coaching is confidential, with the usual exceptions: if someone’s safety is at risk, or if the law requires disclosure.
- Sessions take place by video. They are not recorded without your written permission.
- Any notes are kept private and used only to support your coaching.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@borealiscoach.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
